Courtyard By Marriott Richmond Berkeley Hotel

A clean and good hotel with Courtyard standarts. It was not that far from San Francisco. 35 min with car from Union Square.

Breakfast was not included and the internet was useless

It was a great room...but the thing that was the best was the staff...they went out of their way to help us out.

Greatly enjoyed Richmond, the hotel was homely very near to the Richmond mall. The venue had a residential position very close to many stores, and Close to many restaurants. Also, Richmond Country Club was 3 miles away.

Location: the hotel was close to many stores and eateries as well as the middle island. The staff was superbly friendly which made me feel welcome. The room with 2 queen beds.

I did find the noise from the ongoing remodeling a bit disruptive. A lack of seating in common areas made it challenging to relax outside my room.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! Perfect spot for checking out Berkeley Marina and catching a Cal football game. The rooms were clean, and we loved how easy it was to get to local attractions. It's just a quick drive to San Pablo Lytton Casino too. Great value for the price and fantastic service at the hotel.

Only downside was the rattle from the A/C, made sleeping a bit tough. Wish we had mentioned it to management, but it was a minor issue overall.

The friendly staff ensured everything was comfortable, and my room was perfectly clean and cozy. It was a convenient base for exploring the area, especially with easy access to nearby attractions.

I had a great stay while visiting Alvarado Park. The fitness center was well-equipped and helped me keep up with my routine. The room was clean and spacious. I really appreciated the free internet access too.

Great hotel with free internet, a fitness center, and a cute bar area. On my first stay, the staff gave great dining recommendations. I'll be back for another weekend!

easy access to beautiful parks and shopping spots nearby

I appreciated the clean room and friendly staff . The short walk to the Shops at Hilltop made it easy to find great places to eat and shop without driving far.

The bistro had some rad hot and cold dishes! Plus, the staff were super friendly, always ready to help with any request. The inviting lobby vibe.

Now, I ain't one to moan, but the remodel noise was intense. It felt a bit greedy to keep the hotel open when guests were stuck in chaos. And those 5G towers? Gave me serious headaches and a vibe check that failed hard.

Comfy beds and a nice outdoor pool create a nice atmosphere for relaxation. Unfortunately, the room design poses trip hazards, as the bed frame extends beyond the mattress and the desk chair's legs are dangerously close to it. Limited hooks in the bathroom also made it inconvenient for hanging clothes or towels. Despite these issues, the location is decent for accessing nearby attractions.
